A gorgeous 4 bedroom house built with the highest quality tile floors, wood cathedral ceilings, and granite counters. It has a large covered terrace overlooking a beautiful private pool & waterfall.

CASITA PACIFICA

The smaller, 2 bedroom (1 bedroom + loft) house shares the driveway and it only steps away from the main house and the pool. It also has its own kitchen, wood cathedral ceilings, granite counters and tile floors that open to a front and side terrace.

THE LOCATION:

We are directly between the towns of Samara and Carrillo. We are only 200 yards from Samara Beach, one of the best family beaches in C.R. and a 10 minute walk to Carrillo Beach, which is stunningly beautiful. This is the perfect location to be surrounded by nature while still having easy access to tours, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Samara is the perfect getaway for anyone who loves the beach and wants to be immersed in Costa Rican culture. It is a great destination for families since the beaches are great for swimming and the town of Samara is safe and laid-back. You can drive there from either Liberia International or San Jose Airport on paved roads. Two beaches are just minutes away on foot and are both perfect for swimming since they are warm water year round and protected by a barrier reef.

SO MUCH TO SEE: The area is full of nature. Local wildlife includes monkeys, iguana, coatamundi, whales, dolphin, crocodile and an endless array of birds.

SO MUCH TO DO: Activities in Samara include kayaking, boat and ATV tours and zip lines. This is also surfing country and Samara is a good place for the beginner or novice to ride the waves – or experts can head 30 minutes in either direction on the coast to world class surf. Carrillo has a great waterfall you can get to on horseback. Fishing fans will love the large variety of fish including rooster-fish, tuna, dolphin (mahi), sailfish, blue marlin and some monster bottom fish. For the thrill-seekers there are even ultra-light plane & helicopter tours.
